The MAXIM Super Bowl Party 2017
Smart Financial Centre
Celebs poured into Sugar Land’s Smart Financial Centre for MAXIM’s highly anticipated Super Bowl party. The highly anticipated soiree, which featured nearly 5,000 guests, was presented by San Antonio attorney Thomas J. Henry (maybe you’ve heard rumblings about his daughter’s lavish quinceañera, which made headlines for its star-studded entertainment lineup and $6 million price tag) and produced by Karma International.
Houston’s own Rick Flowers, who arrived at the posh affair with social gem Lynn Wyatt, conceptualized the space’s design alongside his proprietary event planning firm The Events Company.
Everyone from pop songstress Fergie
and rapper Ludacris
to Houston Rockets star James Harden
and entertainer Nick Cannon
flocked to MAXIM’s red carpet before heading inside for an interactive party landscape and fully-loaded concert lineup.
Guests were treated to a variety of attractions including a MAXIM’s Party Art exhibit displaying vibrant 3D art; a motorcycle show and lounge sponsored by Monster Energy; and live paintings courtesy New Orleans-based visual artist Randy Leo Frenchette. A bevy of bites from Max’s Wine Dive, Sprinkles Cupcakes, macarons by Patisse, and Frost 321 Spiked Ice Cream were also featured.
warmed up the MAXIM stage with a bangin’ DJ set. The Snapchat king was followed by Joe Jonas
. Travis Scott closed out the evening with his signature rave-style performance.
