have decided to join us; get ready for an experience unlike any other!
Next, you will receive an email the week of the show with instructions on how to redeem all elements of your VIP
Experience Package. If you purchased this package less than two (2) weeks prior to the show, you would receive an
informational email 24 hours prior to the show with the details about the VIP Experience Package. Please be sure to
check your email at least 24 hours prior to the show to ensure you have the most up to date information.
VIP Experience Packages are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. To redeem all elements of your VIP order (other
than tickets) you must present your receipt, valid picture ID matching the purchaser’s name on this order, and credit
card at the VIP check-in. All package elements will be rendered invalid if resold.

** You may be required to sign a waiver & release of liability and/or any other reasonably required documents. The VIP
Experience Package is NON-TRANSFERABLE. All sales are final. CANNOT BE RESOLD. Subject to venue restrictions and
limitations.
** Use of personal cellphones or cameras is prohibited during the Meet and Greet and Photo Opportunity at the Front
of the Main Stage. Non-compliance may result in suspension from the activity or cancellation of professional photos.
CMN Events reserves the right to enforce this at its discretion.
** By participating in the VIP Experience, you consent to your image being captured and potentially uploaded to a
public website.
** You acknowledge and agree that you may appear in promotional content related to the show.
** VIP merchandise must be collected at the venue on the day of the event. Any unclaimed merchandise will be
considered forfeited without compensation or recourse.ꢀ
** By participating in the VIP Experience, you hereby waive, release, and discharge CMN Events and its affiliates,
partners, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, known or
unknown, arising out of or related to your participation in the VIP Experience. This waiver and release extend to any
personal injury, damage, or loss, and you acknowledge that this release of liability is made voluntarily as a condition of
participating in the VIP Experience.
