You will receive an email one week prior to the event with instructions on how to redeem all elements of your VIP Experience Package.  If you have purchased this package less than 2 weeks prior to the show, you will receive an informational email 24 – 72 hours prior to the show with the details about the VIP program. NOTE - the VIP program will take place PRIOR to the show. Plan to arrive up to 4 hours before the listed show time. Specific timing and details will be sent via email around 1 week prior to the show.

VIP Experience packages are non-transferable. To redeem all elements of your VIP order (other than tickets) you must present your receipt, picture ID, and credit card at the VIP check-in.  All package elements will be rendered invalid if resold. Name changes will only be issued at the sole discretion of VIP provider.  Provider reserves the right to cancel your package for any reason. - Doors & Entry
            -For most events, doors open approximately 1 hour prior to the event start time. All patrons entering the facility are subject to search and inspection.

To reduce contact with guest belongings and expedite entry into Smart Financial Centre, Small clutch bags or purses do not have to be clear but cannot exceed 4.5″x6.5". Clear bags should not exceed 12"x6"x12". Medical or parenting bags are permitted at the venue and will be addressed on a case-by-case basis and subject to search. - Children ages 2 & up must have a ticket.
- Seat 1 in Section 105 is NOT an aisle seat. High-numbered end seats in 101 are NOT aisle seats.
- Seats in the ADA section, labeled WC are removable cushioned folding chairs.
- Sections 101 and 105 start on the floor and elevate up to the 2nd floor.
