<h3>Accessible Parking / Elevators</h3>
<p>Accessible parking is available, and is located to the east of the SFC Plaza Area and marked with easy to follow directional signs.</p>
<p>Elevators are located on the north and south side of the lobby concourse. The accessible drop off area is located on the southwest side of the facility.</p>
<p>The Smart Financial Centre will make every effort to provide ASL sign language interpreters for guests who are deaf or hard of hearing. We request 14-day notice to provide this service to our guests. Please email <a rel="noopener" href="mailto:SFCHelp@atgentertainment.com" target="_blank" title="mailto:SFCHelp@atgentertainment.com">SFCHelp@atgentertainment.com</a> with any requests or questions.</p>
<p>Listening devices for the hearing impaired are available at the Guest Services booth.<br>Accessible seating is sold through ATG Tickets and the Box Office.&nbsp;</p>
<h3><strong>Animals</strong></h3>
<p>Animals or pets of any kind are prohibited with the exception of service animals for guests with disabilities and/or special needs. Service animals are welcomed into the building and must remain on a leash or harness at all times.</p>
<h3><strong>ATG Select Seats</strong></h3>
<h4><strong>What are ATG Select seats?</strong></h4>
<p>ATG Select seats are premium tickets to some of the most popular locations in our venue. Utilizing market-driven pricing, we ensure patrons have direct access to the best seats in the house.</p>
<h4><strong>Do ATG Select tickets come with any extras or upgrades?</strong></h4>
<p>No. ATG Select tickets are solely tickets to ATG Select seats – they do not include any packages, VIP, or hospitality upgrades to the ticket. Any upgrades available may be added to your order after placing ATG Select tickets into your cart, and will be noted as add-ons or upgrades.</p>
<h4><strong>Why are these tickets a higher price than other tickets? Are these re-sale tickets?</strong></h4>
<p>ATG Select seats are not resale tickets – they are official tickets being sold for the first time on SmartFinancialCentre.net ATG Select ticket prices are automatically adjusted in real-time taking into consideration the demand and remaining supply. This helps our patrons have access to the best seats, and enables our artists and live event performers to sell tickets at their fair market value.</p>
<h3>ATMs</h3>
<p>There are 2 ATM machines located on both north and south sides of the lobby concourse. However, keep in mind that Smart Financial Centre is a CASHLESS venue.</p>
<h3>Bags</h3>
<p>Medical or parenting bags are permitted at the venue and will be addressed on a case by case basis and subject to search.</p>
<ul>
<li>Small clutch bags or purses do not have to be clear but cannot exceed 4.5″x6.5"</li>
<li>Clear bags should not exceed 12"x6"x12"</li>
<li>All bags larger than a small clutch bag will need to be clear.</li>
<li>Bags for medical equipment (sized appropriately to the size of the equipment) are permitted, but will be subject to search, i.e. small items like medication need to follow the standard bag policy above.</li>
<li>Diaper/parenting bags (accompanied by infant/toddler) are permitted but will be subject to search.</li>
<li>Following standard safety protocol, all unattended items and bags left outside the gates or within the venue will be removed from the facility immediately.</li>
<li>Bags, purses or backpacks of any kind will not be accepted by Guest Services and you will be asked to take them back to your vehicle.&nbsp;</li>

<h3><strong>Dress Code<br></strong></h3>
<p>All guests entering Smart Financial Centre must wear a shirt and shoes for their safety. Guests wearing obscene, offensive, indecent, or inappropriate clothing will not be permitted to enter. Smart Financial Centre reserves the right to determine what clothing is obscene, offensive, indecent, or inappropriate without any liability.</p>
<h3><strong>Cosplay Guidelines</strong></h3>
<p>We welcome and encourage cosplay at our themed events. However, to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, please adhere to the following guidelines:</p>
<ul>
<li>No Obstruction of Views – Costumes and accessories must not block aisles, obstruct other guests’ views, or interfere with seating arrangements. Guests wearing costumes that obstruct views may be asked to modify or remove them.</li>
<li>No Prop Weapons Allowed – For the safety of all attendees, prop weapons of any kind are not permitted inside the venue. This includes, but is not limited to, toy guns, foam swords, staffs, and any item resembling a weapon. Guests arriving with prop weapons will be required to return them to their vehicle or leave them outside the venue.</li>
<li>Venue Discretion – Smart Financial Centre Management reserves the right to deny entry or request removal of any costume, prop, or accessory deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate for the event. Failure to comply may result in removal from the venue without a refund.</li>
<li>General Conduct – Costumes must be suitable for a family-friendly environment. Attire that is deemed offensive, excessively revealing, or otherwise inappropriate will not be permitted. Guests wearing such attire may be asked to change or leave the venue.</li>
</ul>
<p>By attending in costume, guests agree to comply with these guidelines. Non-compliant costumes, props, or accessories may be denied entry or subject to removal at the discretion of venue staff.</p>

<h3>Restrooms</h3>
<p>Restrooms are located on the north and south ends of the Lobby concourse, north and south end of the Grand Suite level, as well as the north and south end of the Loge level. Family restrooms are located adjacent to these.</p>
<p>Restrooms in Smart Financial Centre at Sugar Land have diaper-changing stations available and are accessible to persons with disabilities.</p>
<h3>Smoking</h3>
<p>Smart Financial Centre at Sugar Land is a non-smoking facility which does include vaping. Smoking and vaping is prohibited within 25 feet of any entrance.</p>
<h3>Strollers</h3>
<p>Strollers are not permitted in the seating sections. A stroller check service can be found at Guest Services.</p>
<h3>Suites</h3>
<p>Smart Financial Centre at Sugar Land has 14 private Grand Suites which hold up to 20 people. Grand Suite information can be found on our Grand Suites page.</p>
<p>The Grand Suites entrance is located to the right of the venue.</p>
