Cosplay Guidelines for Smart Financial Centre Events

We welcome and encourage cosplay at our themed events. However, to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, please adhere to the following guidelines:

- No Obstruction of Views – Costumes and accessories must not block aisles, obstruct other guests’ views, or interfere with seating arrangements. Guests wearing costumes that obstruct views may be asked to modify or remove them.
- No Prop Weapons Allowed – For the safety of all attendees, prop weapons of any kind are not permitted inside the venue. This includes, but is not limited to, toy guns, foam swords, staffs, and any item resembling a weapon. Guests arriving with prop weapons will be required to return them to their vehicle or leave them outside the venue.
- Venue Discretion – Smart Financial Centre Management reserves the right to deny entry or request removal of any costume, prop, or accessory deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate for the event. Failure to comply may result in removal from the venue without a refund.
- General Conduct – Costumes must be suitable for a family-friendly environment. Attire that is deemed offensive, excessively revealing, or otherwise inappropriate will not be permitted. Guests wearing such attire may be asked to change or leave the venue.

By attending in costume, guests agree to comply with these guidelines. Non-compliant costumes, props, or accessories may be denied entry or subject to removal at the discretion of venue staff.

Tickets for events at Smart Financial Centre are sold exclusively via ATG Tickets and are available for purchase through our box office and website. Resale of tickets is not permitted. All sales are final. Refunds and exchanges are not permitted. Ticket prices are subject to change without notice.

- Doors & Entry
            -For most events, doors open approximately 1 hour prior to the event start time. All patrons entering the facility are subject to search and inspection.

❗Important Venue Info:❗

To reduce contact with guest belongings and expedite entry into Smart Financial Centre, Small clutch bags or purses do not have to be clear but cannot exceed 4.5″x6.5". Clear bags should not exceed 12"x6"x12". Medical or parenting bags are permitted at the venue and will be addressed on a case-by-case basis and subject to search. - Children ages 2 & up must have a ticket.
- Seat 1 in Section 105 is NOT an aisle seat. High-numbered end seats in 101 are NOT aisle seats.
- Seats in the ADA section, labeled WC are removable cushioned folding chairs.
- Sections 101 and 105 start on the floor and elevate up to the 2nd floor.
